Welcome to the Flow Flog! At last, we have somewhere to put all of our conversations, advocacy, challenges and findings to share with you.

We have also added a few documents, our Flow Arts Manifesto (that seems to be in use around the globe), an appropriate Neurodivergent Language Guide (a new draft, as of 2020) that we wrote for one of our projects, City of Sanctuary for Autistic People, here in Portsmouth. We are a Neurodivergent-led Charity-Incorporated Organisation, set up with funding from Arts Council England in 2017. You can find out more on our about page.
