In response to the Spectrum 10k research project

We believe people of any Neurodivergent culture should be leading and have ownership of their evolving narrative and agency; anything less than this is failing ND people. Our Artistic director Jon Adams states ‘For me being autistic simply asserts my innate humanity’.

Flow is supportive of organisations, projects, and research that are led by and co-produced with ND people, that identify and support ND people through the day to day challenges they face, and enable ND people to lead full and productive lives as part of society on their own terms.

We cannot support any initiative that fails to meet these standards, does not have the wider approval of any ND culture and community, is seen as concerning or inappropriate in its content or aims, and could harm or has harmed Neurodivergent people of any culture in the past.

Nothing about us without us.
